Adeline is Head of Marketing, Consumables at Amazon Australia where she leads a small team focused on customer acquisition, engagement and shopper experience across Baby, Beauty, Health & Personal Care, Pantry, Household and Pet categories. She is a creative, innovative and data driven senior leader with over 14 years experience working in digital, marketing and technology roles at American Express, Royal Bank of Scotland, Citibank and Westpac in both the UK and Australia. Adeline’s experience spans global program launches, go to market strategies, agile product development, integrated marketing initiatives, strategic planning and operating as a chief of staff for global team of 100+ employees. Adeline has been a mentor to both women and men through formal mentoring programs and via relationships built organically. She is a mother of an active 2.5 year old daughter and loves to travel with her family.
