Karrie is dedicated to brand communications in the last 22 years. Her passion in developing global and local brands across diversified categories to build their presence in Asia led her to live and work in Hong Kong, Beijing, Bangkok and Shanghai with major communication networks.  She likes challenges that transformed her as a creative entrepreneur and co-established a creative hotshop prior joining SCMP.

Karrie joined South China Morning Post as Head of Marketing Solutions and expanded the role supervising Sales units based in Hong Kong. She felt right at home and embraced the entrepreneurial spirits to transforming both functional units upon the evolving market needs.
She played active role driving business and operation transformation from print-centric to diversified digital solutions, from display to bespoke marketing solutions ranging from creative and event management. Pioneering the business in Asia, Karrie led the teams to launch the Morning Studio with the new additional of content unit, using digital brand stories to connect brands to the future leaders from local and overseas who are Asia-curious.
Her motto: “Two heads are better than one”. The entrepreneurial and local activation experiences reinforced her belief that only a truly collaborative team transforms businesses.
