Adriana started her early career in politics in Beijing, and after getting a taste for discovering social media and applying it to political campaigns, she soon realised her love for marketing. Adriana went on to work across APAC in creative and tech agencies, and soon settling into in-house roles leading digital transformation agendas for the likes of Swire Properties, DFS and today HSBC.
Currently in her role as the Head of Commercialisation for PayMe from HSBC, Adriana oversees product growth & marketing strategy, leading the team towards one of the most important milestones for HSBC In Hong Kong – 1 million PayMe customers in just under 17 months.
In her spare time, Adriana is a frequent visiting lecturer at local universities and mentor at the HKSTP and PolyU startup accelerator programmes.
