The complexity and pace of change in the consumer tech landscape is accelerating at a rate that is both delighting and confusing consumers. It’s creating overnight fortunes one week and decimating companies the next, and it’s forcing start-ups and multinationals alike to rethink their approach to strategy and innovation. Entire industries have experienced major disruption by brands that never even existed 20 years ago. So, what must businesses do to keep their finger on the pulse of changing markets? And how can they remain internally nimble while facing challenges in archaic business processes, psychology of people and under-invested tools? During this session we’ll explore the “perfect storm” of events that have led to this dynamic and exciting – but often bewildering – environment, and how companies are adapting to change. Bio: Steve Carlile is a customer-focused Executive with a track record of driving impactful strategies and innovations across multiple channels, including digital, print and omni-channel. Steve specializes in the delivery of dynamic engagement strategies which drive both short and long-term, sustainable business benefit. He currently leads the company’s digital strategy and innovation efforts as head of its global digital center of excellence located in Singapore.
