Head of Innovation & Artificial Intelligence, Ericsson
Ricky Schwartz is the Head of Innovation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Managed Services (MS) and Support & Repair for North America at Ericsson. Ricky joined Ericsson in 2013 as part of the Early Career Leadership Development Program. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and received his MBA from the Scheller College of Business at Georgia Tech. Before joining Ericsson, Ricky worked for 5 years at various companies as a Mechanical Engineer and for one year in marketing at AT&T as part of their Leadership Development Program where he assisted in the launch of their Digital Life product. Among other responsibilities, Ricky’s role is to modernize Ericsson’s ways of working by driving the implementation and adoption of AI into the services Ericsson delivers to their customers. He also supports the sales team during customer engagements and is the Digital Transformation driver for MS in North America.
In Ricky’s spare time he spends as much time as possible with his two beautiful children. He also fanatically follows Georgia Tech athletics, loves to travel, and is extremely active in sports and outdoor activities.
