Tracy leads the strategy function within Prudential’s Brand Marketing & Advertising organization. Her team leads the development of integrated brand and marketing communication strategies that drive competitive advantage for the company across a range of B2B, B2C, B2E and influencer initiatives. Prior to Prudential, Tracy spent her career in advertising, leading engagements across CPG, Durable Goods, Financial Services and Tourism categories. She has worked in digital agencies, start-ups and large multi-national networks. Tracy has lived and worked in Santiago, London and New York and is now happily settled in New Jersey.
