Nancy leads Strategy and Operations for Walmart eCommerce’s Entertainment Group. The group, which was formed after Walmart’s acquisition of Jet.com, has six retail verticals, including Consumer Electronics and Post-Purchase Services. Nancy focuses on creating and scaling business processes for her team, which has grown from 30 to 150+ employees since the two companies integrated. She works with executive leadership to identify and execute strategic initiatives to improve operations and grow the business. In addition to her role in the Entertainment Group, Nancy also drives key initiatives that cross into other functional verticals of eCommerce.
Prior to Walmart, Nancy built her brick and mortar retail foundation at global brands (Apple, adidas) and overseas retailers. Her experiences include private brand development, store expansion, and in-store digital experiences.
Nancy holds an MBA from Wharton and a B.S. in Marketing/International Business from NYU Stern.
