Courtney Graybill is Vice President, Customer Experience & Product Management at David’s Bridal. David’s Bridal is the largest and most successful retailer of wedding, bridal and other special occasion dresses, shoes and accessories with over 300 stores in the US, Canada, and the UK. She is responsible for driving customer and business value by leveraging technology through innovation, data-driven decision making, and omni-channel initiatives. Initiatives include building digital tools for store associates, website, and mobile app capabilities that create a seamless customer experience. Prior to David’s Bridal, Courtney worked in Strategy/Management Consulting at Booz & Co where her experience includes channel strategy, DTC marketing/go-to-market strategy and implementation, supply chain and operational transformations. She also spent eight years at Merck & Co. with experience leading manufacturing operations, new product launches, technology transfer, and supply chain management. She received her MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from Wharton as a Palmer Scholar and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
