Corporate Executive Director of Strategy, Comcast- NBCUniversal
Kosha Gada serves as Corporate Executive Director of Strategy at Comcast- NBCUniversal, where she focuses on developing growth strategies for the corporation amidst the most exciting dynamics shaping any industry today. Since joining Comcast in 2016, Kosha has led an assessment of global entertainment Intellectual Property (IP), scenario planned the evolution of over-the-top (OTT) video and framed the business case for and against a potential nationwide “Digital Home” strategy.
Prior to joining Comcast, Kosha was a Principal at A.T. Kearney and leader of the Media & Entertainment practice, helping grow it from fledgling business to a $100 MM practice in six years. She recommended growth strategies for leading corporations, stress-tested the viability of new digital business models and coached traditional brands on ways to revitalize their appeal among a new generation of connected consumers.
Kosha earned her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and B.S. in Computer Science from The Ohio State University, Magna Cum Laude. She is a contributor for Forbes and has been a frequent guest on CNBC, BNN and Bloomberg TV on topics at the nexus of new media, digital business models and the cultural shift that has been ignited by innovation in these sectors.
