VP, Strategy, Pearson
Neil is the Vice President for Strategy at Pearson, the world’s learning company, where he focuses on helping people advance in their lives through lifelong learning. He has helped start and scale successful online tutoring, online learning, assessment, and student services businesses, in a variety of settings, including start-ups, growth companies, and leading education providers. He believes in the power of public private partnerships, and has advised the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, IMS Global Learning Consortium, and other leading foundations and organisations in education and training. He has been a regular panelist, judge and mentor to education technology start-ups at 1776, Village Capital and other incubators. A dual citizen of the United States and Great Britain, he now lives in London with his wife and two daughters.
