Kristen leads strategic planning for Mosaic US division. With 20 years in marketing, experience in research, analytics, behavioural observation, as well as intuitively led brand, retail and creative strategy, Kristen brings a unique vision and innovative practices to the agency and their clients’ strategies. Her focus is on finding problems clients can uniquely solve – strategy that serves the agency’s vision in Experience Design. Prior to Mosaic, Kristen spent more than ten years with The Mars Agency – a pioneer in the development of the shopper strategic planning discipline. Over the duration of her career she has developed strategy for a number of manufacturers, retailers, and service providers; categories including health, beauty and wellness, consumer electronics, food & beverage, and the hospitality industry.
