Mia is an experienced health care strategist and advisor focused on creating compelling, innovative consumer experiences. She is passionate about using data to uncover insights about consumer/patient behavior and choice. Mia has deep experience in strategy, operations, analytics, digital product management and retail & virtual healthcare delivery models.
Today Mia is an independent consultant and advisor focused on the digital health space. Previously, Mia worked at CVS Health, where most recently she led the Company’s Digital Healthcare Strategy and Product. In that role, Mia led the launch and operationalization of multiple innovative, entrepreneurial business ventures to drive access affordable, quality access to health including various virtual healthcare delivery models.
Prior to CVS, Mia was a management strategy consultant at Monitor Group in Cambridge, MA. Early in Mia’s career, she worked at AOL launching the Internet brand in new countries including: Mexico, Argentina, Brazil and China. Mia also worked at both the White House and the US Trade Representatives office.
Mia is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School, where she earned an MBA. Mia’s B.A. is from The George Washington University, Eilliot School of International Affairs. .
She lives in Freeport, Maine with her husband and three awesome kids. Mia likes to take full advantage of every New England season – boating on Casco Bay in the Summer, skiing in the Winter, and running (maybe better described as jogging) whenever she can.
