VP, Strategy & Marketing, Thermo Fisher Scientific
Maggie Pax is the Vice President, Strategy and Marketing for Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Clinical Trials Division. Her responsibilities include strategy, business planning, acquisitions, new service development and marketing for the company’s industry-leading clinical supply chain services. She previously led post-merger integrations and strategic initiatives in Thermo Fisher’s Corporate Strategy group.
Prior to joining Thermo Fisher, Maggie led corporate development and new medical product innovation during 11 years with Philips Healthcare. She also held executive leadership roles with early stage life sciences and healthcare companies in the fields of drug delivery, interventional cardiology and long-term care.
Maggie serves on the philanthropic board of Boston Medical Center, the city’s leading inner city hospital. She has served as a mentor for the Massachusetts Biotechnology Council’s MassCONNECT program and for innovation initiatives at Harvard Medical School.
Maggie holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
