Michelle Rayner

Michelle Rayner has more than 20 years’ global experience in top-tier financial institutions in Melbourne, Zurich, New York and London working with major banks including ANZ, Credit Suisse and Citigroup. She joined ANZ in 2009, taking up the role of Head of Strategy & Execution, Global Markets. She was appointed to her current role in 2013.

Michelle has had extensive experience in relationship management, strategic development and execution.  She is passionate about developing early career starters to realise their full potential.

Michelle is one of ANZ’s Notable Women and an alumni of the Institutional G40 Leadership Program. She has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Melbourne, a Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance from Monash University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
