Neil is a seasoned media executive and sales leader with over 20 years of digital experience at world class media companies. He has built and managed sales teams for major start up entities such as UberMedia, Flixster and Shazam, as well as instituted the structure necessary for these teams to succeed. He has extensive experience with national advertisers across digital and mobile media properties, as well as with new and emerging technologies and advertising platforms. At Captivate, Neil’s focus has been on building and expanding the company’s programmatic and digital product offerings, as well as working with digital investment teams. He earned an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business with a double major in Marketing and Finance, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Rochester.
