Director, Customer Experience & Design

Mark heads up the Customer Experience & Design team at Mastercard and leads many of Mastercard’s innovation initiatives.  Prior to Mastercard, Mark was a General Manager at Pinpoint, a leading provider of loyalty and rewards services to financial institutions across the Asia Pacific region. In his role at Pinpoint Mark lead many areas of the business ultimately establishing a Digital Services group.

Mark is very passionate about innovation and technology and is always thinking of ways to push the boundaries and challenge the status quo. Mark has a Bachelor of Industrial Design with a major in Marketing from the University of New South Wales. He is a passionate speaker on all things Innovation and will go on for hours if you let him.

When he is not working, Mark enjoys ‘musically innovating’ on any one of his six favourite musical instruments. His happy place is at the piano improvising jazz with his two daughters.
