Head of Product, OFX
Hugh is currently Head of Product for OFX – a foreign currency exchange business. He leads a team of Product Managers, UX and Design and Business Analysts developing customer experiences in a very
competitive FinTech environment. Hugh brings the voice of the customer to life in the organisation through his experience and understanding of how platform and devices impact customer behaviour. He helps drive value to the
business by keeping the customer in focus in all internal discussions.
Hugh has over twenty years’ experience with digital transformation, product strategy and innovation. He applies this knowledge to help organisations think, collaborate and act on digital strategy.
He has grown up as a technology native and gained global experience working in various digital leadership roles with OFX, News Corp Australia, ANZ, and Guardian News and Media. He enjoys working with and creating high performing teams that deliver unique and valuable digital experiences.
