Director, Product, Spotify
Sarah Raymond is Director of Product for Spotify’s Ad Experience team, where she leads a team of 45 engineers, product managers, designers, and data scientists to develop Spotify’s user-facing ad experience, including ad formats, creative automation, and ad infrastructure. Ads excite her because they sit at the nexus of consumer and business challenges; Ad Experience is always trying to find ways to make advertising useful to listeners and performant for advertisers. In the past, Sarah has held roles in operations, business development, creative production, and management consulting. In her spare time, she loves listening to podcasts and tending to her urban garden.
