Dave Scott is the Director of Global Marketing, TwitterBusiness. In this role, Dave is responsible for leading the team’s demand generation strategy and growing the business through globally oriented, multi-channel scaled marketing programs. Dave brings over 15 years of marketing experience working with high growth technology companies. He has been Chief Marketing Officer/Head of Marketing for some of the top tech companies in the valley including PeopleSoft/Oracle, Gigya/SAP, Livefyre/Adobe, and AT&T. He was also the founder of Marketfish – a VC backed DSP that developed lead gen programs with 600 of the top brands in the world including Verizon, Dish Network, Disneyland, and Norwegian Cruise Lines. Over 15+ years of marketing experience working with high growth technology companies, Dave has managed over $300 million dollars of marketing spend and has generated a billion leads. In 2013 and 2016, he was recognized by CMO.com as CMO of the Year. Dave is also the author of The New Rules of Lead Generation published by HarperCollins in 2013.
