Jess brings 18 years of integrated marketing and innovative digital experience to Edelman. In her current position, Jess is focused on scaling and growing Edelman’s Digital offering to support the rapidly changing needs of clients. 

Prior to overseeing U.S. Digital, Jess served as the U.S. Head of Emerging Specialties where she was focused on building and scaling digital offerings including paid media, digital business transformation, influencer strategy and programming, digital analytics, user experience, digital entertainment and social customer care. Prior to this position, she ran the LA Digital office, where she managed a portfolio of consumer entertainment clients and a growing team built around core communications disciplines including business intelligence, planning and digital/social strategy, creative development, production, paid media and analytics. Notable contributions from 2013-2016 include 50% year-over-year growth and over 40 awards recognizing leading work in both the public relations and advertising industries. 

Throughout her career in marketing and advertising, Jess has leveraged a combination of brand strategy, emerging technology, and social savvy to help a variety of brands tell stories through the lens of innovation.

Notable former clients include Activision, Disney, Petco, PepsiCo, Porsche, Warner Brothers and Volkswagen. Prior to joining Edelman, Jess worked at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners and various other advertising agencies including Carmichael Lynch, Merkle and FCB.

Jess was recognized by PRWeek in 2016 as “40 Under 40 Innovator in Creativity and Influence” and recognized by Holmes Report in 2017 as “Innovator 25 North America.”
