Kim is currently the Head of Digital, UK & ROW at PageGroup, worldwide leaders in specialist recruitment. Kim manages both owned and paid digital channels to drive candidate and client acquisition and engagement across multiple markets.
Prior to PageGroup, the majority of Kim’s career has been spent within the financial services sector, working in a variety of digital marketing roles at Merrill Lynch and American Express, including Director of Digital Acquisition & Engagement, EMEA and Senior Manager, Digital Customer Experience Int’l. Kim has also consulted at Pfizer on Digital Acquisition & Engagement.
Kim is passionate about creating high quality digital customer experiences, embedding customer research as part of the product lifecycle, and leveraging data-driven approaches to inform digital strategy.
